THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch in stock items the following day. We will keep you posted with any unexpected delays as they come to our attention.

We do our absolute best to work with courier options to find you the best price first. Should you require express shipping, please reach out to us before placing an order for a quote.

Once shipped, courier delivery ETA's are out of our control. We will do our best to work with you should you need help tracking your delivery

To help with quicker shipping, all orders are sent with authority to leave at the front door, without signature, unless otherwise specified. Tracking is provided.

Please let us know immediately after purchase if you need to upgrade or update your orders details. If parcels are returned to sender, you will need to pay for shipping again.

All Cornhole Boards are bubble wrapped and then wrapped in Cardboard boxes. Please unwrap by hand to avoid any damages, and we appreciate you recycling/reusing packaging where possible to avoid landfill.

Have you received our order and wondered why the bubble wrap is green? You'll be please to know its totally BIO DEGRADABLE!

Where damage has occurred in transit, please take photos before and after opening your order - this will help you with your claims process through the courier. We will aid you in the claims process where possible, but the courier will mostly want to speak with the receiver within 7 days, and recollect the item for salvage. This also includes lost deliveries. If possible, we will send replacement parts for you to switch out the broken item.

We distribute throughout Australia only. Our workshop is located in Edens Landing, Brisbane and Pick Up is available.

We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes. If it is a regional post office with prior permission granted, it my be possible.

We reserve the right to request additional payment or offer a full refund where the courier increases their pricing to your location and we are unable to absorb the price. Northern Territory and remote Western Australia will most likely be affected by this.
