• By making a purchase from us, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions .

• Sustainability is important to us and deforestation is not ok! We source renewable products where possible to ensure our Cornhole Boards are ecofriendly. 

• We appreciate you choosing to support small businesses like us. We have already paid it forward by buying our materials from handpicked, local retailers. 

• Our bags are filled with quality whole corn, meaning they are as safe for pets and children as you would expect normal corn to be. We don’t use sand, resin or plastic pallets.

• For longevity, please don't leave the boards outside. Like outdoor furniture, they are susceptible to weathering.

• Please double check your order details before making payment as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds after you have been provided with courier details or pickup instructions. If you make a mistake at checkout, please contact us immediately and we will help amend your order, but please be aware some changes will incur a fee that we will pass onto you. 

• We won't begin preparing custom designs until payment is received. Delays in payment can result in delays in meeting your deadlines. Once the custom design process has begun, we cannot refund you for change of circumstances.

• Please take care to check the dimensions of the products, as the family fun board sets are approximately 600mm x 400mm and suit both adults and children while also being easy to pack into a small space. Our larger boards are approximately 1200mm x 600mm and are based off  the competition/regulation size. 

• We accept no liability for damage injury or harm cause by use, misuse or miss-handling of any of our products. Please take care and be sensible when playing Cornhole.

• We heavily sand our boards, but like all timber products, there is potential for a splinter. Do not stand on the boards, and keep fingers clear of the folding legs. Please take care when using.   

• We understand that competition can get fierce, and both children and adults can be destructive. Should you break the legs or hardware, we can assist you in some replacement parts for a small fee plus postage, and instructions on how to switch the components out. 

• If the board itself breaks, please ask us about a discounted rate on another board. 

• All prices are in AUD and are subject to change. 

• We only deliver within Australia. Where Shipping prices increase, we reserve the right to refund you for your purchase.

• Payment can be made online, by invoice or in person if collecting. All goods and services will remain property of Cornhole Games Australia until payment is received in full.

• All of our products are made in batches. This means un less purchased at the same time, there might be some slight variations in the products look and construction.

• We do not offer refund, returns or exchanges.

CUSTOMISED DESIGNS

• Once any customisation has begun to any of our products, they can no longer be resold, as such we require payment beforehand, and cannot offer refunds or changes.

• All of our products are made in batches. This means un less purchased at the same time, there might be some slight variations in the products look and construction.

• Any mockups provide do not indicate an exact indication of the finished product. They are purely an image to display placement and general colours.

• While we aim to provide images which best represent the final product, the natural woodgrains may come through during the UV printing process. Due to this, there may be some slight variations in each product. When buying a pair of boards, we do our very best to match similar boards together. 

• All artwork and designs remain the property of Cornhole Games Australia. 

• Failure to make payment on time or provide artwork may result in delays in your order being dispatched.
